When will my order ship?
Production begins the moment your order reaches us. The style you chose, in your colour and your size, is made from scratch for you. The leather is cut, pulled over the last and rested on it so it takes its exact form; it is then finished one pair at a time by our expert craftsmen with years of experience.
This care means you are not buying a pair that has been sitting on a shelf — every pair leaves us made for you, one of a kind and in its original form.
Average preparation time is 1–4 business days; finished orders are handed to the carrier the same day. During busy periods this may take one or two days longer. If you need a rush delivery, message us on WhatsApp and we will do what we can.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, orders arrive at your address within 1–5 business days anywhere in Türkiye.
Our free shipping campaign is currently running: shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay securely by credit or debit card, in instalments if you wish. Bank transfer / EFT and cash on delivery are also available.
What are the return and exchange conditions?
Under your statutory right of withdrawal, you can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it has been tried on but not worn, and is in its original box.
How do I choose the right size?
Measure the length of your foot and compare it with the Size Guide; the page also has a step-by-step measuring diagram. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will advise based on the style.
Are the shoes really handmade?
Yes. Every pair is made at our own factory in İzmir by craftsmen who are experts in their field. We use carefully selected domestic and imported materials and natural vegan leathers.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, your tracking number is shared with you by SMS and email. You can also see your order status in your account.
Can I buy wholesale?
