Best measured in the evening, as feet swell slightly during the day. With thick socks, go up half a size.

On slim, high-heeled styles the foot slides forward; if you are between two sizes, choose the larger. Platform styles fit true to size; for ankle boots and boots, allow room for thick socks.

How do I measure my foot?

1. Keep away from moisture: Keep away from rain and excessive humidity. If they get wet, stuff them with plain paper and dry in the shade; do not use a radiator or direct sunlight.
2. Wipe with a soft cloth: Dust them off with a dry, soft cloth after each wear. Use a slightly damp cloth for leather and a dedicated brush for suede.
3. Rotate your pairs: Do not wear the same pair several days in a row. Shoes that rest keep their shape and last longer.
4. Store in the box: When not in use, store them in the original box with shoe trees or paper inside, in a cool, dry place.
5. Mind the heel and sole: Replace the heel tip as soon as it wears down; healthy soles and heels protect both comfort and safety.
6. Use the right products: Use care products suited to the leather or suede type. If unsure, ask us on WhatsApp.

• Patent leather keeps its shine with a damp, soft cloth; on woven and textured leathers, use a soft brush so dust does not settle into the grain.
• Never wipe suede with a wet cloth — a dry brush and a suede eraser are enough.
